Maori Rolls

2 c. warm water
2 T. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
Mix water and yeast and let sit 5 mins. Add sugar; mix
Add:
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c flour
Mix well
Add:
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
2-3 c. more flour, 1 c. at a time
Let rise for 1/2 hr. Form into rolls and let rise another 1/2 hr. Bake 375 for 12-20 minutes.
